Marjorie and friends performed in the open improv jam at Big Dog Theater that followed Saturday night’s performance of Chicago improv duo “Dummy.” A good time was had by all.
Marjorie is working on the Index to Jewish Periodicals again! Usually, this project is only undertaken in January and February, but there was a need for an updated list of terms, so Marjorie is editing this glossary of terms used throughout the years. The glossary alone of this index is 585 pages long. Days later, Marjorie will emerge from her editing pod, or cocoon, if you will, with a beautiful, clean glossary. This glossary will look much like a butterfly, but instead of insect wings, it will be bourne from sheaves of paper…
Marjorie’s theater reviews are taking over the Chagrin Solon Sun! Here is the second of two theater reviews that ran this week.
Marjorie Preston is out on the town again, this time reviewing “Company” at Fairmount Performing Arts Conservatory. You can see her review for the Sun News here.
Dobama’s “Circle Mirror Transformation” is reviewed by Marjorie here.
Marjorie checked out “Dirty Rotten Scoundrels” at the Chagrin Valley Little Theatre. Her review is up here now.
If you click on this link, you can see pretty much everything Marjorie has written for the Sun Newspapers that is available online. Cool, huh?
Go to www.cleveland.com and search on “marjorie preston a steady rain” — the review will be up within the next couple of hours. The show is currently playing at Dobama Theatre.
