Late word has come in that Marjorie’s videos have been accepted to the Cleveland Comedy Festival! Buy tickets to the web video show Sunday, November 8th  here. She will also be performing improv at Bogey’s on November 3rd at 8 p.m. Tickets for that are $5. And she will be working at the carnival downtown on Saturday, November 7. Marjorie will also be attending shows she is not in. She has not been doing much standup this year, so she is glad to be included in several other capacities. Check out the festival website and attend as many events as you are able. You will have great jokes you can tell at the watercooler and laughing has healing properties! Plus it’s supporting local comics, who can really use it!
If you haven’t seen it yet, check out the new “Man in the Box” epsiode about Facebook.
Marjorie is working on a couple of articles for the November edition of Today’s Family of Lake County — one on the story behind Manry Park in Willowick, and another on a pediatric dental practice in Mentor headed by two female doctors. Look for it in early November.
Take a look for Marjorie’s latest theatre review in the Chagrin Solon Sun, hopefully the week of October 22nd, as I review “A Murder of Crows.”
Marjorie has turned in another theatre review assignment, this time a review of “Ten More Minutes From Cleveland” by local playwright Eric Coble. Marjorie’s reviews could run in any Sun Newspapers edition at any time, but your best bet is the Sun Press or Sun Messenger this Thursday, October 8th. Check it out!
